We are experienced in the efficient trust and probate administration, and our services include serving as counsel for Trustees and Personal Representatives.  Our trust and probate administration services include, but are not limited to:

Trust Administration

• Collecting, gathering and inventorying assets;
• Determining creditors and paying legitimate debts and liabilities;
• Arranging for the filing of appropriate and necessary tax returns;
• Distributing assets as required under the trust document;
• Terminating the trust.

Probate Administration

• Petitioning and applying for the appointment of a Personal Representative (with and without a will);
• Filing and proving the decedent's last will and testament;
• Collecting, gathering and inventorying assets;
• Publishing notice to creditors, determining creditors, and paying legitimate debts and liabilities;
• Arranging for the filing of appropriate and necessary tax returns;
• Distributing assets as required under the decedent's last will and testament and/or applicable law; and 
• Closing the probate administration.
