Principal Attorney
Kimberly Koide Iwao, Esq. was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, and practices in the areas of employment law advising, estate planning, trust and probate administration, conservatorship and guardianships, and contract law. She was formerly a Partner at the law firm of Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel, LLLP, one of Hawaii's largest and leading law firms. Thereafter, she served as in-house counsel and business executive at ProService Hawaii and Waterhouse, Inc., where she led the companies' legal and compliance departments. Ms. Iwao was selected to Best Lawyers in America, Best Lawyers in Hawaii, and holds Martindale-Hubbell's highest possible rating (AV Preeminent) in both legal ability and professional ethics, based on ratings submitted by peers with personal knowledge of Ms. Iwao's work, reputation, and integrity. She also received the highest possible rating (Platinum Client Champion) based on ratings submitted by her clients.
In addition to managing her own private practice, Ms. Iwao is an Assistant Professor at the Kapi'olani Community College in the Legal Education Program, and is also a Lecturer in Law at the University of Hawai'i Richardson School of Law. She received her PhD in May 2023 from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa in the Learning Design and Technology department.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with his decades of experience serving as Captain, Commanding Officer and Circuit Military Judge in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, and a Partner at the law firm of Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel, LLLP, one of Hawaii's largest and leading law firms. Prior to joining the firm, he was Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel at the Hawaii Residency Programs, Inc., Hawaii's only consolidated Graduate Medical Education training enterprise, which administers and supports training for more than 240 resident and fellow physicians.

Miranda Schreier is the Office Manager and is also a skilled paralegal with experience in estate planning, probate, civil litigation, and employment law matters. She has an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies and is pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa.
Selina Kuni, Paralegal
Selina Kuni is a skilled paralegal with experience in estate planning matters. She has an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from the Kapi'olani Community College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Hawaii West Oahu. She has a wealth of experience in customer service, and is a licensed notary public for the State of Hawaii.
