Our firm will send you an email outlining the process and will schedule an initial intake meeting. You will also be asked to complete the client intake form (you can download the form below) prior to the meeting.
At the intake meeting, we will collect your information, and thereafter, we will prepare drafts of your estate planning documents. You will have an opportunity to submit revisions to your documents prior to signing them.
We will schedule a final signing meeting, in which we will provide notary public services at no charge to witness the documents. Once the documents are signed, clients will be provided with a professional binder/folder that contains the original documents and one set of copies.
